The Power of Staying Open and Present
"Welcome to my weekly reflection space. As I recently traveled back from Michigan, watching the rain mist over the Saugatuck water, I was struck by a powerful realization: reaching a chronological milestone does not mean you stop resetting, learning, or dreaming.
We live in a world where millions are actively sabotaging their own health simply because they have been conditioned to believe that aging means automatic decline, depression, and prescription bottles. But true, abundant life is a present-moment practice where your spirit, mind, and body move together as one. I am seventy-three years young, entirely medication-free, and I am growing sharper every single day because I choose to remain open, present, and accountable to my cells. I invite you to step out of the stagnant fog and join me on this journey.
